At our campground, we offer a range of hook-up options to cater to your needs. Whether you require 15, 30 or 50 amps, we’ve got you covered. With a variety of sites equipped with 2 or 3 services, you can choose the perfect spot for your RV, trailer or tent. Enjoy the convenience of electricity, water, and sewer connections to make your stay comfortable and worry-free. From sites with 15 amps for lighter needs to those with 50 amps for more power-hungry setups, we try to ensure that every guest has access to the amenities they need for an enjoyable camping experience.
Site & Hook-Up Options
15 Amps 2 Service – Back In (Max 20 Feet)
Our 15 Amp 2 Service sites accommodate tent trailers/camper-vans or up to 2 tents. They are shaded by lush trees, in a quiet area with moderate privacy and have a picnic table and firepit. There is bathroom and shower accessibility very close by as indicated on the campsite map, and our stage and park are a close walking distance. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park. Please note, power adapters are available at the office to borrow for your stay.
15 Amps 2 Service – Tent Only
Our 15 Amp 2 Service sites for tenting only can accommodate up to 2 tents. They are shaded by lush trees, in a quiet area with moderate privacy and have a picnic table and firepit. There is bathroom and shower accessibility very close by as indicated on the campsite map, and our stage and park are a close walking distance. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park.
30 Amps 3 Service – Back In (Max 25 Feet)
The 30 Amp 3 Service Back In sites are tucked into shaded spots which can accommodate up to a 25 foot trailer/motorhome/tent trailer, and are equipped with picnic tables and firepits, as well as your power, water, and sewer hookups. Please note, power adapters are available at the office to borrow for your stay, should you have a 50 Amp power chord. There is bathroom and shower accessibility very close by as indicated on the campsite map, and our stage and park are a close walking distance. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park.
30 Amps 3 Service – Pull Through (Max 35 Feet)
The 30 Amp 3 Service Pull Through sites are neatly set in the heart of our Seasonal Community, surrounded by friendly, helpful neighbors. These sites are in full-sun, and are equipped with picnic tables and firepits, as well as your power, water, and sewer hookups. They can take trailers up to 35 feet long. Please note, power adapters are available at the office to borrow for your stay, should you have a 50 Amp power chord. There is bathroom and shower accessibility very close by as indicated on the campsite map, and our stage and park are a close walking distance. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park.
50 Amps 2 Service – Back In (Max 25 Feet)
The 50 Amp 2 Service Back In sites can accommodate trailers/motorhomes/tent-trailers up to 25 feet long. While these sites are set up for 50 amps, we do loan power adapters should you require one. These sites are shaded by lush trees, in a quiet area with moderate privacy and have a picnic table and firepit. There is bathroom and shower accessibility very close by as indicated on the campsite map, and our stage and park are a close walking distance. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park.
50 Amps 3 Service – Back In (Max 35 Feet)
Our 50 Amp 3 Service Back In sites are uniquely located behind the community pool and directly next to our Playground and Stage area. These sites are in full-sun, and are equipped with picnic tables and firepits, as well as your power, water, and sewer hookups. They can take trailers up to 35 feet long. Please note, power adapters are available at the office to borrow for your stay, should you have a 30 Amp power chord. There is bathroom and shower accessibility very close by as indicated on the campsite map. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park. **Keep In Mind** This is a high-traffic area with many children, and oftentimes the stage hosts music that abides by quiet hours regulations.
50 Amps 3 Service – Pull Through (Max 45 Feet)
The 50 Amp 3 Service Pull Through sites are our largest available sites, accommodating trailers and motorhomes up to 45 feet long. They are in a quiet area, at a fair distance from the highway. These sites are in full-sun, and are equipped with picnic tables and firepits, as well as your power, water, and sewer hookups. Please note, power adapters are available at the office to borrow for your stay, should you have a 30 Amp power chord. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park.
Rustic Tenting
This open-air camping area is located in Biddington Park. These spots are FCFS (first come, first served) and you will not be given a specific spot, you will choose the one that works best for you and your group. There are firepits and picnic tables throughout the park; you may choose to set up close to one, or in a more spacious unhindered space if you so choose. There are 2 community charging stations, as well as water accessibility as indicated on the camping map. Bathrooms are very near by, as well as complimentary showers and a dishwashing station. The Office, Pool, Takeout, Rec-Room, Playground and Laundry Facilities can all be found by the main entrance, and the Pickleball court is located at Biddington Park.
Semi-Private Rustic Tenting
These secluded spots are recessed into the woods and are heavily shaded and semi-private. There is a firepit and picnic table at each site, and each can accommodate up to 2 tents. There are 2 community charging stations, as well as water accessibility as indicated on the camping map. Bathrooms are within a short walking distance, as well as complimentary showers and a dishwashing station.
